Baghdad Wedding

"In Iraq a wedding is not a wedding unless shots get fired. It's like in England where a wedding is not a wedding unless someone pukes or tries to fuck one of the bridesmaids. That's just the way it goes"

From cosmopolitan London to the chaos of war-ravaged Baghdad, this is the comic tale of three friends, torn between two world and a wedding that goes horribly wrong.

The play premiered at Soho Theatre, London and had further productions at Belvoir St Theatre, Sydney and by Akvarious Productions in India. It was also broadcast on BBC radio 3.

The play text is published by Oberon and available from Amazon in both paper and kindle formats.
